Gold Roller Sleeve

For the Initial Run-out area (hot zone). With the high temperature/flame resistance and thermal stability of PBO fiber, the maximum contact temperature is in the order of 600≧.

Red Roller Sleeve

For the Initial Run-out area. Enhanced woven roller performance by the application of a high pressure impregnation of specially formulated resins which are compressed to further increase density after curing. After external grinding, the outside surface of the roller has a smooth texture which will not mark hot profiles leaving the press.

Green Roller Sleeve

For the run out table from the gold roller sleeves. Their operating contact temperature is around 500≧ making them ideally suitable for most roller positions along the run out system.

Blue Roller Sleeve

For the cold side of handling system. Impregnated with newly developed low cost resins yet tough. With ability to resist temperatures up to 250≧.

TRITON High Temperature Belt

For Run-out, Transfer & Cooling. Belts are woven from Triton yarn which is a blend of aramid fibres with oxidised polyacrylonitrile fibres giving ulimate resistance to the extreme abrasive action of the sawn extruded profiles at temperatures in the order of  500≧(930H).

TRITON Walking Beams

Marathon high temperature materials are ideal for adhesion to walking beams and moving runout slats to reduce the risk of marking profiles.

POLYESTER Low Temperature Belt

For Stretcher Feed & Batching. There are many areas of extrusion handling plants, such as stretcher feed and batching belts, where woven polyester can be used with excellent results. Temperature resistance is excellent at 180≧(350H) and the low coefficient of surface friction allows extrusions to move freely without strain on the belt system.

Standard Specification for Belts

Standard belt widths are 80mm, 100mm, 150mm,200mm; standard thickness are 4.5mm, 6mm and 8mm.
